'Ready to Rock' intro to trad workshop

Course or workshop description

This is a mixed course for adults that want to get going with outdoor trad climbing, learn fundamental safety skills in a group environment, become more independent on rock climbs, or just gain a refresher. There will be a maximum group size of 6, and the day will take place at Hutton Roof near Kendal. This day will be delivered by Pippa Archer as Esther is on holday! Pippa is a fantastic local instructor and very experienced climber. These courses are geared towards adults, although young people aged 14 or over are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian that is also booked on to the course. You will need to: - have some prior experience of climbing, even if its just a bit indoors - bring your own harness, helmet and rock shoes - bring suitable outdoor clothing for the weather Location: Hutton Roof, nr Kendal Timings: 9.30am - 4.30pm Once you have booked, final details/meeting points etc will be sent out a week beforehand.

To cancel your booking, please refer to my Terms and Conditions page to see dates for refunds. If possible, I will always try to support you rescheduling on to another course, but will only be able to refund last minute cancellations if someone else is able to take your place.
