Outdoor Bouldering Workshop

Do you find outdoor bouldering a heck of a lot harder than indoors?! Want to develop your skills on outdoor rock, learn lots of crucial outdoor tricks and tactics, and be part of a supportive group environment? This day is designed for anyone who is new to outdoor bouldering, or would like some input to help them progress, enjoy outdoor bouldering more, and develop safe practises. We'll look at a variety of topics, including move reading, choosing boulder problems, conditions and movement on different rock types, safety, projecting, and mindset. This day will run at Carrock Fell boulders (near Penrith), and if its raining then we'll climb at Eden Rock bouldering centre in Carlisle
